Spa marine anti-stress treatment will balance any emotional or physical tension and help to eliminate negative energy, restoring harmony to the body, spirit and mind. Specific massage techniques are used working with the energy found within the body’s own chakra and meridians. During your journey to the total peace and calm you will experience a release of negative forces within specific pressure points, incorporating elements of shiatsu and reflexology.

Spa Slimming Massage Treatment (with exfoliation)  (£68) 1 hour 20 mins

A complete body treatment for detoxifying and improving areas of cellulite and fluid retention. Ideal as part of a slimming regime. Has an advanced micro-emulsion texture which enables the active ingredients found within it to go to work on the main areas of concern associated with cellulite. Stimulates fat burning.
(Add in between the universal contour wrap courses of treatment – more effective for cellulite)

Mediterranean Light  (£68) 1 hour 15 mins

A luxurious body massage treatment which commences with an application of harmony sublime stones, these unique handmade “stones” are applied to the chakra energy points to induce relaxation and create a sense of harmony. During this time the Mediterranean light candle emits a wonderful fragrance of soothing lavender and mandarin. The warm wax from the candle is then poured over the body with a prolonged slow body massage movement to ease tension and relax the mind.

Exotic Ceylon  (£50) 1 hour

Discover Sri Lanka and enjoy the evocative aromas of cinnamon with our massage using warm sea shells which glide over the body with a highly relaxing, de stressing rhythm.

Turkish Delight  (£60) 1 hour

An exotic massage with the most valuable oriental spice – saffron. Enjoy its aroma, colour, texture and anti-oxidising power through our exclusive massage movements using a large silk foulard to gently stretch the body releasing all tension.

De-Stress / Deep Tissue Massage  (£35-£55)

This deeply restorative treatment is specifically designed for tight, stressed and aching muscles. Whether it’s a heavy exercise schedule or too many hours spent sitting at a desk, when you push yourself to your limit, your body can easily become stiff, tight and painful. A deeper massage that works right into the muscles to release pain and tension.
